Excellent dealership. Owner Pat Francis and his team are the best. We just took delivery of a new Traverse. Have purchased or leased at least 13 or 14 new vehicles since about 1994, so our customer loyalty speaks for itself. The service department is great, too. Always prompt and efficient. As for the 2026 Traverse (RS), the only complaint we have traces back not to the dealer but probably to our government, which apparently dictated a four-cylinder turbo engine. Would have preferred a six-cylinder, but again, that probably traces back to government mandates and perhaps GM execs as well. Otherwise, terrific vehicle! We live 65 miles from the dealership. It's well worth the distance to buy cars there. In some instances (for service), Country Chev has offered to come get our vehicle and return it to us, saving us a trip.

 I just wanted to thank you once again for such a pleasurable experience in purchasing a vehicle.  I am typically not impulsive and spontaneous enough to do a trip like the one I just completed, but you all made it worth it!!  I will be sure to spread your names around at work, hoping others will make a trek like this one.  

Most people do business within a small radius of their home town, but I am glad I extended mine as far as I did.  From beginning to end, this was a fun trip!

I had quite a ironic experience while charging in Tomah WI. An Amish family rode on by in their Horse Drawn Buggy.   While waiting at the drive thru at McDonalds Friday morning, a car caught fire behind me as I got out of there as fast as I could…..I also had to do a double take at the gas prices near Chicago….$5.89!

I had range anxiety before purchase, but that was not necessary to even worry about it.  The infrastructure is solid enough for a 800+ mile trek!!

I utilized Super Cruise on 80% of my travels along I-94 and it worked perfectly.  Helps relieve driver fatigue, and makes for a more relaxing drive. 

I departed Country Chevrolet around 10:50am on Thursday, and I stopped around 1:30am ET in Kalamazoo, MI.   I woke up on Friday, hit the road around 8am, and made it home safely, without incident by 12:15pm ET.  It was definitely rewarding, and I wouldn't hesitate doing it again! (Maybe next time in a Equinox EV, or Blazer EV?)
